Client Support Administrator (CSA)
Location: On-site – Nellis AFB (Las Vegas, NV)
Clearance: Active Secret (required)

Overview
Seeking Client Support Administrators (CSAs) to provide on-site IT support for end users and IT assets in secure NIPR/SIPR environments supporting 99 CES. Ideal candidates have strong desktop support skills, experience in compliance-driven DoD environments, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and connectivity
- Support users in secure NIPR/SIPR environments
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, imaging, and network issues
- Manage user accounts, access, and permissions
- Perform IT asset management (inventory, tagging, audits, turn-in/disposal)
- Submit and document tickets (ServiceNow preferred; CIPS a plus)
- Support TACLANE accountability and VTC/SVTC systems
- Administer SharePoint permissions and access reviews
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of practical IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ (DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II)
- Active Secret clearance
- Experience supporting secure or restricted networks
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher in IT or related field
- USAF / DoD IT environment experience
- ServiceNow, CIPS, TACLANE, VTC/SVTC, or SharePoint experience

- Mon–Fri, 0700–1700 (on-site)
- Start Date: 1 April 2026
