- Serves as a liaison between the TAP, government and OCAR.
- Responsible for coordination and reporting between the TAP Program Office and the Office of the Chief of the Army Reserve supporting organizational efficiency and development.
- Conducts data analysis and statistical interpretation to illustrate program effectiveness and compliance for the RC. Provides this information to USAR leadership, Program Management, and government officials.
- Aids in the advisement of the Transition Division Director, TAP Program Manager, and all Regional Managers for RC matters.
- Networks with and maintains professional, reciprocal relationships with key stakeholders at the Office of the Chief of the Army Reserve to keep abreast of federally funded Family Programs such as P3O, TRL, and MFR.
- Coordinates TAP support for all mobilized and United States Army Reserve Clients.
- Assists the FTST Lead by forecasting future deploying units and assisting those unit’s POC with beginning TAP in compliance with NDAA FY 19 & 20 and Army Regulation 600-81.
- Reviews, consolidates and distributes employment and supportive services resources for P3O and TAP site distribution.
- Participate in marketing activities and employment events as directed by the Program Manager.
