Senior Training Analyst
Location: Fully On-Site @ Fort Liberty, NC
MUST be able to obtain SECRET clearance
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Together with other team members, complete contract deliverables as identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Support training development tasks and functions by organizing, scheduling, planning, and executing individual and collective training products for the Cyber Center of Excellence.
- Review/analyze/support unit training development and initiatives
- Assist in the planning, coordination, development and execution of Combined Arms Training Strategies (CATS) and supporting Training Support Packages
- Support capabilities development projects and efforts
- Completes any other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- SECRET Clearance or ability to obtain a SECRET clearance
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- Live within relative distance of Ft. Liberty (approx. 50 miles) to carry out face-to-face routine coordination
- Served in the grade of E-7 to O-4
- Knowledgeable of TRADOC training development doctrine and capabilities, including TP 350-70-1, the ATMS Development Tool, and the Army Training Network (ATN)
- Preferred two (2) years’ experience in TRADOC (preferred experience at the Cyber Center of Excellence) in Cyber, and related fields, training and doctrine
- Two (2) years’ experience working within training development, and preferably, with CATS development
- Attention to detail, problem solving, and organizational skills are required
- Must have the ability to exercise discretion and good sound judgment with a collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork
- Must possess excellent, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required to provide leadership, customer service, and draft written correspondence.
- Willing to travel as required (minimal travel expected)
- Physically able to complete tasks that may require sitting for an extended period of time.
